We currently do not accept Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns.

However,

If your request is because we made an error on your item or your item was damaged during the shipping process, we will exchange that exact item for you at no charge.

Simply, send us a photo of the damaged item. We will respond within 24 hours. No need to send the item back. You can keep it or throw it away and we will send you a new one.
